The New Moon has been sighted and the barley is ripe enough for the wave sheaf offering on Yom ha’Bikkuriym (Day of First Fruits).
It’s the biblical New Year according to Exodus 12:2 & Exodus 13:4, the first month called “Abib” of the Biblical Year!

This means that Passover will begin on the evening of Sabbath (Saturday), March 31st after sundown and into the next day, Sunday, April 1st.
This will be a memorial of the night when our Messiah ate the Passover Meal with his disciples instituting the Renewed Covenant, and washing their feet to signify that he was cleansing his inheritance!

Sunday Night, April 1st after sundown, will begin the 15th day of the first month of Abib, which is the Feast of Unleavened Bread. This will continue into Monday, April 2nd until sundown.
On Sunday, April 8th is the 21st day of Abib, and at sundown, ends the seven-day Feast of Unleavened Bread.
Bamidbar (Numbers) 33:3 And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the FIFTEENTH DAY OF THE FIRST MONTH; on THE MORROW AFTER THE PASSOVER the children of Yisra’el went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians.
Bamidbar (Numbers) 33:4 For the Egyptians buried all their firstborn, which YHWH had smitten among them: upon their gods also YHWH executed judgments.

You will notice that on the 14th of Abib at evening (after sundown on the 13th of Abib), Yisra’el slaughtered their lambs, and put the blood on the doorposts of their homes!
They did not leave their homes until THE NEXT MORNING!
This correlates to the same night when the disciples also prepared the Passover Meal and ate it with Yahuwshuwa ha’Mashiyach!
They did not leave Jerusalem (the house) to go to the Place of the Skull until THE NEXT MORNING!
Pharaoh summoned Mosheh & Aaron the NEXT MORNING (the morning of the 14th of Abib), and begged them to leave Egypt, because his first-born son was dead!
Similarly, the NEXT MORNING (the morning of the 14th of Abib), the Chief Priests, King Herod & Pontious Pilate summoned our Messiah to put him on trial.
That evening, after the sun went down, (the 15th of Abib), began the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and the Egyptians had already buried their dead and were grieving the death of their first-born.
That is when Yisra’el DEPARTED from Egypt!

That is when our Messiah DEPARTED this world and WENT TO THE LOWEST PARTS OF THE EARTH! (Ephesians 4:8-9).

On the 18th of Abib, (Day of First-Fruits) after a THREE-DAY JOURNEY, Yisra’el CROSSED OVER FROM DEATH TO LIFE AT THE RED SEA!

On the 18th of Abib (Day of First-Fruits) after a THREE-DAY JOURNEY INTO THE LOWEST PARTS OF THE EARTH, our Messiah, Yahuwshuwa CROSSED OVER FROM DEATH TO LIFE OUT OF THE GRAVE!
